Who We Are & Scope

Medicaid Planning Advisory is an educational, lead-generation, and networking platform that helps families facing long-term care and nursing home decisions understand their options and, where appropriate, connect with a coordinated network of independent fulfillment partners. This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and through any related forms, surveys, emails, phone calls, and text messages. It does not apply to the separate websites or privacy practices of our alliance partners, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

Important: Medicaid Planning Advisory is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with the government or any state Medicaid agency. Information on the Site is educational only.

Text Messaging (SMS) Consent

If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive informational and follow-up text messages from Medicaid Planning Advisory at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information collected for the purpose of providing text messaging will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

06

How We Share Your Information

We do not automatically share your information with our fulfillment partners. Every inquiry is first reviewed and vetted by Medicaid Planning Advisory. We will only share or pass your information to a partner with your permission.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With fulfillment partners — only with your permission. When you ask us to, or otherwise give us permission, we may introduce you and share relevant details with an appropriate alliance partner — Medicaid Success Select, Medicare Assistant LLC, or InsurMart LLC — so they can assist you. Each partner is a separate company with its own privacy practices.

  • With service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business — for example, our customer-relationship and communications platform (GoHighLevel), email and text-message delivery services, hosting, and analytics providers. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.

  • For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MPA, our users, or others.

  • In a business transfer. If Medicare Assistant LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of advertising and analytics technologies described in Section 4 may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws; see Section 7 for how to exercise your choices.

07

Your Choices & Rights

You have several ways to control your information:

  • Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

  • Cookies & advertising. Use the browser and ad-preference controls described in Section 4.

  • Access, correction & deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

08

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk.
